Dear fellow tort enthusiasts,

My co-author Greg Pun and I are delighted to announce the publication  

of our book The Law of Nuisance in Canada by Lexisnexis Butterworths!  

It felt like a long time in gestation.  I would be particularly  

interested in any thoughts any of you may have on the Rylands chapter,  

which was something of a labour of love (lots of birth metaphors here,  

I realise)
